First LCS cable crane system operates in the USA

Cable crane system for the construction of a penstock in Utah

For the first time LCS delivered a 20 to cable crane system for the construction of a penstock to Utah, USA. The penstock was part of the “North Fork Siphon Replacement Project”. As the pipes ran through a mountainous valley, especially over two steep sections of up to 25°, a cable crane system was the only way to transport the pipes and various construction material.

The system met all safety guidelines and played a major role in the successful completion of the penstock renewal.
