Pipeline construction in Myanmar
Full-service provider for pipeline construction at “special points”
For the construction of the Zawtika Onshore Pipeline in Myanmar, LCS supplied a cable crane system for laying a pipeline at five different inaccessible sections. The task was to install and operate the system.
In another important construction section of the pipeline LCS took over the complete service for the laying of the pipes. This started with the logistics and the preparation of the ground by means of a spider excavator to the transport, positioning and welding of the pipeline.
In difficult-to-access terrain, LCS is a specialist and offers efficient and cost-effective solutions with its cable crane systems to install pipelines at “special points” without any problems.
During the work in Myanmar LCS decided to support the local educational institution and donated a school bus to help with its logistical difficulties. Furthermore, the LCS employees in Myanmar collected money and donated it to a local school. The school bus is now in use in the Kanbauk region in Southern Myanmar.
