Challenging construction site in the middle of the city Zürich for the rebuilding of a railway station.

• For rebuilding works at a railway station in the district Oerlikon in Zurich, LCS supplied various cable crane components, winches and crane units to the company Heinz Altmann from Switzerland, which was responsible for the implementation of the construction site. For the implementation of the project LCS was responsible for the planning of the system in the middle of Zürich running over existing railway tracks including their overhead lines. A major challenge was to plan the installation to not interfere with general operations at the station and to pass the overhead lines without danger.
