Hydro power plant Linthal 2015

7 to cable crane system operates at the construction of the hydro power plant Linthal 2015 in Switzerland.

• For the project Linthal 2015 the existing hydro power plant from the 1960s was upgraded to a powerful underground pumped storage hydro power plant. LCS supplied a 7 to cable crane system for the construction of the power plant.
  
  The challenge of this project was the short preparation period and the difficult accessibility for the installation of the system. All materials had to be transported through a tunnel to the construction site. However, the LCS cable crane system contributed significantly to the construction of the power plant, which was commissioned in 2015.
