North Fork Siphon Replacement Project

First cable crane system by LCS for the dismantling and renewal of a penstock in the USA.

• LCS supplied a 20 to cable crane system for the dismantling and renewal of a penstock running through a mountainous valley in the USA. The system was initially installed on one site of the mountain in the middle of the valley. After completion of this section, the system was dismantled and re-installed on the other side – parallel to the first section. The system transported pipes and construction material such as concrete and soil for filling the trenches.
  
  The system met all safety guidelines, which are quite strict in America. Due to years of experience and know-how, an LCS cable crane system was applied for this project.
